Dr. Michael Naschke

Dr. Michael Naschke works for his clients primarily in insolvency, real estate and corporate law. He advises on all issues relating to economic crisis and insolvency situations. He does not only provide support in the run-up to formal insolvency proceedings or out-of-court debt settlements, but also develops restructuring proposals himself. Dr. Naschke has been active for more than 20 years in the context of complex refinancing, especially of real estate. Dr. Naschke assists disputing shareholders in the search for an agreement or disputed decision.
After Münster and Braunschweig as well as completing his doctoral thesis on the subject of stock corporation law, Dr. Naschke came to Berlin. There he was admitted to the bar in 2002. For several years, Dr. Naschke was a partner in a law firm in Berlin specialising in commercial law before founding NASCHKE & PARTNER RECHTSANWÄLTE in 2011. Before, he worked for (large) law firms specialising primarily in insolvency and stock corporation law.

Nico Lelansky, LL.M.

Nico Lelansky works primarily in commercial and corporate law, but also in labour law. He advises national and international clients, companies and entrepreneurs alike, on all corporate law issues, in particular in the context of start-ups and financing rounds, as well as in the drafting of contracts, but also in other legal matters relating to day-to-day business operations. Mr Lelansky also represents the interests of his clients in commercial and corporate law disputes both out-of-court and in court.
Mr Lelansky studied in Berlin, Warsaw and Rostock (Master of International Business Law) and worked as a research assistant during his time in Rostock. He was admitted to the bar in 2008 and was authorised to use the title of Specialist Lawyer for Commercial and Corporate Law in 2014. Before founding NASCHKE & PARTNER RECHTSANWÄLTE, Mr Lelansky worked for a law firm in Berlin specialised in commercial law.

Alexander Müller

Alexander Müller is specialised in corporate, real estate and insolvency law as well as general business law. He advises clients comprehensively on corporate and commercial law issues and assists them with real estate law matters. Mr Müller represents a large number of clients in court disputes, where he is extremely successful and efficient thanks to his precise work and presentation.
Mr Müller studied in Berlin where he also completed his legal clerkship. He has worked for NASCHKE & PARTNER RECHTSANWÄLTE for more than 10 years as a student and later as a trainee lawyer. Mr Müller was admitted to the bar in 2022 and has been working for NASCHKE & PARTNER RECHTSANWÄLTE as an associate lawyer since then.
